PROGRAMS

At Gracie Humaita, we offer authentic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes, both in Gi and No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu, with Jiu-Jitsu programs tailored for all ages and skill levels. Our Kids Jiu-Jitsu program (ages 5-12) and Adult Jiu-Jitsu program (ages 13+) provide structured, high-quality training in a supportive environment. We also take pride in our Women’s Only Jiu-Jitsu program (ages 13+).

Made for the real world, BJJ is a form of self-defense martial arts that naturally promotes anti-bullying and self-defense. BJJ focuses on ground level altercations – utilizing holds, throws, and a variety of submission techniques. This makes Jiu-Jitsu ideal when learning how to take on an opponent who may be larger than you, without necessarily having to hurt them.

Our Kids Jiu-Jitsu classes teach children from ages 5-12 discipline, confidence, and real-world self-defense in a fun, structured environment. As a martial art that naturally promotes anti-bullying and self-protection, BJJ empowers kids to stay calm under pressure and use non-violent techniques to stay safe. With expert instruction and engaging lessons, students build coordination, respect, and lifelong skills both on and off the mats.

Women ONLY Classes

Our Women’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program provides a supportive space where women can learn self-defense martial arts techniques, build confidence, and improve fitness. Led by Black Belt Professor Samantha Matos, this class is tailored to empower women through the art of BJJ while fostering camaraderie and personal growth.
